WW1 Officer's Wrist Compass

A beautiful and now rather delicate Officer's wrist compass from WW1 - presumably British and with a simple button dial much like the escape & evasion compasses of WW2 except set in a leather enclosure and buckled wrist strap. Only ever seen 1 other of these come to market so it is definitely a rare item for your WW1 display.
