Just a stunning original combination given they are over 110 years old - the elastic strap on the goggles has of course given up the ghost, and there is some major delamination in the glass, but the leather and fur lining is really very good for its age and the chamois-lined leather helmet is beautiful with strong patina and nearly all of its originality intact. A truly gorgeous addition to your WW1 collection and extremely rare to find as a legitimate, war-worn pair, and in this condition.
