The #1 of 2 period dated collections to illustrate what US Navy Aviators in the Pacific wore in WW2. Everything is original period and in excellent condition for 80 year old issue. Worn by pretty much every Avenger, Hellcat, and Corsair flyer in the Navy during periods of battle and training, the display incorporates an AAF AN-H-15 canvas flight cap, with C. Brandes Inc. manufactured headphones from early '40s, a AN-S-31 summer flying suit (size 40), and the iconic American Optical Skyway flight goggles.  A period equipment belt, USN Mk2 Fighting Knife by Robeson CC in marked sheath, original Boyt 42 1911 holster with G&R 19941 dated canteen pouch with SM Co '43 canteen and '41 LF&C cup, rounds out this display. All you need are a pair of rough out boots / boondockers and whatever other extras you desire.
